When I arrived in Miami I was sleeping in a hostel, in a shared bunk bed. Today I live in a high-rise in Downtown. In between there was no lucky break and no twenty-person team: there was a decision. Instead of hiring people for every task, I built artificial intelligence systems that do that work for me.
The mistake almost every entrepreneur makes
You were told that to grow you need an editor, a community manager, a salesperson and someone to answer messages. So you hire them. The problem is that at the end of the month you’re working to pay salaries, and someone else keeps the profit.
I’m not saying teams don’t work. I’m saying that today much of that repetitive work can be done by a system, 24 hours a day, with no vacations and at a fraction of the cost.
What I automated (and what you can automate)
- Content: my digital clone records videos for me. I write the idea, the system produces the video and publishes it across every network.
- Customer service: an AI assistant answers WhatsApp and Instagram instantly, qualifies the lead and books the call.
- Sales: stores and landing pages that sell on their own, with automatic follow-up on every contact.
Where to start
You don’t need to automate everything at once. The first step is knowing how many hours and how much money you’re losing doing by hand what a machine can do for you.
That’s why I built a free audit: enter your business data and in one minute I’ll show you the number, plus a 14-day action plan to start getting it back.
On this blog I’ll share the whole process: the tools I use, what worked, what didn’t, and how to go from doing everything yourself to running a business that works while you sleep.
